Examining the frequency of use of key terms and words in specific areas of science helps the researcher to identify his strengths and weaknesses and deal with his research deficiencies. This work makes the most used areas to be identified first and then, by comparing them with the less used areas, timely action is taken to compensate and adjust other needed topics and studies. The examination of the frequencies of indexed words and terms in the published books of the Research Center for Political Sciences and Thought (RCPST) shows that good studies have been carried out in the field of security. However, some issues in the field of deterrence as well as threats to security, such as subversive activities, Muharebeh, reconciliation, and providing expert views regarding issues affecting the Islamic system in the field of security, still need work and it is appropriate to carry out a necessary assessment in this regard and do more work. The target community in this study is the works of RCPST in the field of security, from 2017 and 2021. The research method is descriptive and lexical analysis. The question of the research is whether there is a necessary balance in the works of RCPST in the field of security, including measures that provide security and measures that threaten security. The findings of the study suggest that some other words related to security topics such as Muharebeh, subversion, riots and destructive actions using virtual networking are among the issues that need to be focused on in security related topics.
