The present study aims to infer the jurisprudential ruling on conflict management in organizational behavior based on the Quran, Sunnah, and the Alawi tradition. The main question is what is the ruling on conflict management from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and how can jurisprudential rules be used to resolve organizational conflicts. The research method is a combination of jurisprudential ijtihad (four proofs) and qualitative content analysis of verses and narrations related to conflict, conflict, tolerance, and decisiveness. The validity of the findings is ensured by referring to the opinions of contemporary jurists (Imam Khomeini, Khoei, Makarem Shirazi, Mohaqiq Damad) and examining the authenticity of hadiths from the books of Rijal. The findings show that the Quran considers disagreement to be natural (Hood: 118) and presents four stages (avoidance, compromise, cooperation, and domination). The Prophetic and Alawi traditions have designed a three-stage style (mental, soft, and hard). Based on the principles of no harm, avoidance of possible harm, priority of avoiding corruption over gaining benefit, and the rule of the most important, five jurisprudential rulings were deduced: 1. The necessity of conflict management being sufficient for competent managers; 2. The necessity of ordering the stages; 3. The necessity of prioritizing the important over the important in organizational conflicts with criteria such as maintaining order, justice, and preventing corruption; 4. The prohibition of haste, injustice, backbiting, and unwarranted disclosure; 5. The strong desirability of consultation and mediation.
