In the present day, knowledge and information will help us to have a lasting presence in the developments of the commercial and competitive world.

This research studies the role of moderator, knowledge management strategy in relation to knowledge management and organizational performance in public organizations in Tehran province

In terms of practical purposes as well as research methods and data collection, the present study is among the non-experimental and descriptive research surveys, and is regarded as correlation research series. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS software.

This article contains components of knowledge management Jashapara model (2004) and knowledge management strategy (Choi and Lee (2002). The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS software.

There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and organization performance in public organizations in Tehran. Furthermore, strategy knowledge management moderates the association knowledge management and organization performance.
