Knowledge management, what and why

Abstract

The variety of uses of the word knowledge has complicated the meaning of the term. Consequently, there is no agreed understanding and definition of the term knowledge management. Just as there is disagreement over why knowledge management. This character, in a descriptive-analytical way, tries to explain the meaning of knowledge by examining the applications of knowledge, and what happens to knowledge management that makes it necessary to do so? After examining the nature of knowledge in the subjective and objective realm and its applications, it has studied knowledge management, which is an interdisciplinary subject, from different angles. And why knowledge management, based on standard strategies and solutions, and in summary, emphasizes the quality of knowledge management and dynamic management and scientific Ijtihad.
