The present study aims to infer the jurisprudential ruling on conflict management in organizational behavior based on the Qur’an, Sunnah, and the conduct (Sirah) of Imam Ali. The main question is: What is the jurisprudential ruling on conflict management from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and how can jurisprudential principles be employed to resolve organizational conflicts? The research method combines jurisprudential reasoning based on the Four Sources of Islamic Law (al-adilla al-arbaʿa) with qualitative content analysis of relevant Qur’anic verses and narrations concerning conflict, dispute, forbearance, and firmness. The validity of the findings was established through reference to the views of contemporary jurists, including Imam Khomeini, Khoei, Makarem Shirazi, and Mohaqeq Damad, and through examination of the authenticity of hadiths based on works of rijal. The findings indicate that the Qur’an regards disagreement as natural (Qur’an 11:118) and presents four stages—avoidance, accommodation, cooperation, and dominance. The Prophetic and Alid conduct establishes a three-stage approach—mental, conciliatory, and firm. Based on the principles of la darar (no harm), prevention of probable harm, prioritizing the prevention of harm over the attainment of benefit, and the principle of giving precedence to the more important over the less important, five jurisprudential rulings were inferred: (1) the collective obligation of competent managers to manage conflict; (2) the necessity of proceeding through the stages in sequence; (3) the necessity of prioritizing the more important over the less important in organizational conflicts, based on criteria such as preservation of the system, justice, and prevention of corruption; (4) the prohibition of haste, inequity, backbiting, and unjustified disclosure; and (5) the strongly recommended nature of consultation and mediation. The study concludes that conflict management in Islamic organizations has the status of a collective religious obligation, and that managers are required to pursue conciliatory measures before taking decisive action. It is recommended that empirical studies be conducted to test this model in Iranian organizations.<br />
